The Captain of Engineers in Tripoli and the North, Engineer Bahaa Harb, regrets what the Works and Energy Committee of the House of Representatives is trying to approve of a project to allow the construction of a ready-made design model (two floors) with an area of 150 square meters for each floor, without the approval of the Engineers Syndicate, because this deprives the engineer of his right to designs, maps and opportunities The work constitutes random urban chaos and distorts the homogeneity of the urban environment in the villages and regions. For this reason, the Captain directs his objection to the proposal of this law and requests the Chairman of the Committee, Deputy Nazih Najm, to withdraw it and retract it.
